Endogenous Proteases in Tumoral Progressionve classes of endogenous proteases (serine, cysteine, aspartate, threonine, and metalloproteases) are involved (Rakashanda et al. in Biotechnol Mol Biol Rev 7(4):90–101, 2012) .
