Functional Nanomaterial Devices,tretchable because of their nanoscale thicknesses. Therefore, nanomaterials can be used as high-performance thin-film transistors and are possible candidates for next-generation flexible/stretchable electronics. Here, we focus on the recent development in fabricating nanomaterial-based transistors.
