Non-Linear Dynamic Modelling for Control Design,t and with minimal environmental impact (Gener, 2000). With a net power of 370 MW, the steam turbine generates 170 MW and the gas turbine generates 200 MW. The plant is located in Santiago, on land formerly used for storing coal for the old Renca Power Plant, owned by Gener.

Discussion and Conclusions,This book discusses the advantages of predictive control algorithms, which have been successfully applied to many industrial processes. In this respect, fuzzy modelling is a useful tool as it can adequately represent process non-linear behaviour which usually is present in industrial plants.
