Classesotes because ActionScript doesn’t contain most of the keywords that OOP veterans normally associate with classes. That’s because ActionScript uses a prototype-based syntax (like JavaScript), not a class-based syntax (like C# or Java). Nevertheless, you can still write “classes” in ActionScript… they just look funny.
