Optimized Particle Regeneration Scheme for the Wigner Monte Carlo Method distribution over the spatial domain represented by the cell introduces a ‘numerical diffusion’ which artificially propagates particles simply through the process of regeneration. Hierarchical Topology in Parallel Differential Evolutionce of these parameters setting is also studied. The performance of HDE algorithm is compared with non-parallel DE algorithm on CEC2013 benchmark suite.
