Non-Kolmogorov Probability Theory,lmogorov axiomatics (1933) of the modern theory of probability cannot describe all probabilistic phenomenon which are observed in nature. Hence the theory of probability based on this axiomatics is not universal probabilistic formalism. This is only a particular model, the Kolmogorov probabilistic model.
