Weldability of HNS,In this chapter, the weldability of HNS melted by the pressurized ESR method is outlined. When a material melted under high pressure is remelted under atmospheric conditions, two main problems arise. Firstly, welding under atmospheric conditions causes a phenomenon called blowholes in which solid-solution nitrogen becomes bubbles of nitrogen gas.
