A Nonparametric Ability Measure,roofs, other fundamental properties of the new measure are demonstrated. This paper also shows that shared ability and unique ability can be measured with additivity. Finally, the paper looks at ability measure associated with subscales and ability measure with partial credits of items is also discussed.
