Limb Salvage for Osteosarcoma perfomed by experienced surgeons using wide surgical margins with adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy, there is no risk of increased mortality. Limb Salvage Versus Amputation for Malignant Tumors Other Than Osteogenic Sarcomarcoma (19 cases), and a third group composed primarily of fibrosarcoma and MFH were identified.
