Ginsenoside Rd attenuates neuroinflammation of dopaminergic cells in culture,te to neuronal death. Experimentally, neuroinflammation of dopaminergic neurons can be evoked by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) exposure. In mesencephalic primary cultures LPS (100μg/ml) resulted in 30–50% loss of dendritic processes, changes in the perikarya, cellular atrophy and neuronal cell loss of TH祖传 发表于 2025-3-25 15:26:46

,Neuroprotection by propargylamines in Parkinson’s disease: intracellular mechanism underlying the aes, rasagiline and (—)deprenyl (selegiline), have been confirmed to protect neurons against cell death induced by various insults in cellular and animal models of neurodegenerative disorders. In this paper, the mechanism and the markers of the neuroprotection are reviewed. Propargylamines prevent thIatrogenic 发表于 2025-3-25 20:54:48

,Observations on the cortical silent period in Parkinson’s disease, applied over the primary motor cortex lead to a so-called cortical silent period in the recording from the corresponding muscle, i.e. a period of ∼ 100 ms with no muscle activity. We here show that in Parkinson’s disease (PD), this cortical silent period in some cases is interrupted by short bursts虚弱 发表于 2025-3-26 16:31:39

Hydrogen peroxide is a true first messenger, peroxide is also able to transmit pro-inflammatory signals from one cell to the other and that this action can be inhibited by extracellularly added catalase. If these data can be further substantiated, hydrogen peroxide might become as important as nitric oxide as a small molecule intercellular (first) messenger.
