Development of a Numerical 3D Model for Analyzing Clinched Joints in Versatile Process Chainssteps sheet metal forming, joining, and loading phase in order to achieve a high predictive accuracy of the simulation. Experimental and Finite Element-Based Analyses of FLCs for AA5052 and AA5083 Alloysical microscopy for both the alloy samples. Finite element analyses (FEA) of FLC (Forming Limit Curve) prediction were also performed where various necking criteria were implemented and compared with the experimental results.
