https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-642-49774-2ine time cost for file fetch sequence. Based on the model established, we propose a heuristic and greedy (HG) algorithm at the end. According to the simulation results, we can conclude that HG algorithm can reduce overall file fetch time roughly by 50 % in the best cases compared to the time cost of traditional approaches.
