Photonic Band Gap Cavities for a Future ADMX,cial aspect of the haloscope technique employed in ADMX is the ability to tune the frequency of the cavity. In this report it will be shown that PBGs are tuneable within 10% of the fundamental frequency while retaining a high Quality factor.

Progress on the ARIADNE Axion Experiment, independently of cosmological assumptions. The experiment relies on a stable rotary mechanism and superconducting magnetic shielding, required to screen the .He sample from ordinary magnetic noise. Progress on testing the stability of the rotary mechanism is reported, and the design for the superconducting shielding is discussed.

First Test of a Photonic Band Gap Structure for HAYSTAC,al to create resonators without TE modes, allowing for uninterrupted tuning. A tunable PBG structure has been designed for HAYSTAC. A prototype has been built and tested to validate simulations. Results of the fixed frequency case will be shown as well as details of the expected tuning.
