,Conclusions and Perspective,In this thesis, the agglomeration, migration, and deposition of microparticles in the presence of electrostatic and flow fields are investigated by numerical modeling and theoretical analysis. In the current chapter, we summarize the main findings of this thesis and propose several interesting directions for future study.
