Media Reforms, Democratization in Ghana: From Policy Ambition to Implementation,accountability are examined in relation to the extent to which they have been achieved. The chapter sums up by arguing that the various policy goals have not been achieved due to incompatibility between the normative Western ideas reflected in the policy documents and the Ghanaian realities.
