An Efficient Operational Matrix Technique for Variable-Order Fractional Optimal Control Problems,meters (CP). The FC and CP are obtained optimally by minimizing the error of the approximate solution. Furthermore, a new variable-order fractional operational matrix (V-FOM) in the Caputo sense for the GP is derived. Solving Nonlinear Variable-Order Time Fractional Convection-Diffusion Equation with Generalized Polme fractional operational matrix (V-TFOM) for the GP transforms the problem into a system of nonlinear algebraic equations with unknown FC and CP leading to the approximate solution.
