Stakeholder Processes in Marine Spatial Planning: Ambitions and Realities from the European Atlantiety-led transboundary MSP pilot project, and four statutory initiatives from EU Member States on the island of Ireland and the Iberian coast. Various degrees of disconnect are identified between the conceptual underpinnings of MSP theory and the reality of recent stakeholder processes.
