Signaling Protocol for Session-Aware Popularity-Based Resource Allocatione present a signaling protocol that fairly distributes the bandwidth assigned to each service, among scalable multimedia sessions in a multicast environment. Fairness is achieved allocating bandwidth based upon the audience size of each session.
