The Antibody Repertoire of Hybrid Cell Lines Obtained by Fusion of X63-AG8 Myeloma Cells with Mitogth spleen cells at a stage of differentiation similar to that of the myeloma line, i.e. with antigen-activated, antibody-secreting B-cell blasts.
