Cytophotometric and Autoradiographic Investigations on Germinal Center Cells in Mantive cytochemical investigations of the nuclei of those cells. In previous investigations , we determined the amount of DNA, nuclear total protein, and histone protein of lymphocytes, germinocytes, germinoblasts, immunoblasts, and plasma cell precursors in germinal centers. This was done successively on the same cell by cytophotometry.

Cytokinetic Studies on Tingible Bodies in Germinal Centers of Peyer’s Patches in Micelting from differentiation are end cells in terms of proliferative capacity. The present work aims at obtaining additional information on this phenomenon, using DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis precursors.

Studies on the Kinetics and Radiation Sensitivity of Dendritic Macrophagese relationship between the amount of antigen retained by the dendritic macrophages and the peak titer of antibody produced. These experiments support the growing body of evidence that the small fraction of antigen retained by the dendritic macrophages plays an important part in the stimulation and/or maintenance of IgG antibody production.
