A Survey on Integrating Data in Bioinformatics,logies and techniques, have been proposed in the literature to deal with the problem of integrating biological sources. Nevertheless it does not exist yet an approach able to solve all mentioned problems. This chapter provides a survey on data integration in the field of biological sources.
