The Anaphora of the Liturgy of St John Chrysostom: Stylistic Notes, fourth century, although whether the text can be attributed to the saint himself is an open question. But by the time Chrysostom came to Antioch texts were becoming standardised, and he may have found a rite already in existence, which he used and modified.
