Theoretischer Rahmen: Korruption in Kommunalverwaltungen,Im Rahmen dieses Kapitels wird der theoretische Rahmen der Arbeit entwickelt. Eingangs werden hier der Forschungsgegenstand sowie das Forschungsfeld definiert (siehe Kapitel 2.1). Darauf aufbauend wird das Auftreten von Korruption in kommunalen Verwaltungen phänomenologisch betrachtet (siehe Kapitel 2.2).
