Empirische Erkenntnisse zu den Anforderungen an die Kommunikation von Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden,räsentiert. Mithilfe einer Inhaltsanalyse konnte die Bedeutung von Corporate-Governance-Themen für die gesellschaftspolitische und Kapitalmarktöffentlichkeit aufgezeigt werden. Mit qualitativen Experteninterviews mit relevanten Stakeholdern werden diese Erkenntnisse vertieft, um die konkreten Erwartungen an die Kommunikation zu erfassen.
