Conversion between the Open Document Architecture ODA and proprietary Architectures — A case studyscribe main concepts of their prototype converting documents between ODA and proprietary information architectures of IBM. This converter enables document interchange from and to the DisplayWrite editor family. Additionally, general insights into the use of ODA as an intermediate architecture in a heterogeneous environment are described.
