Grundlagen des Leasing,en sind, die vertragsmäßig geregelte, gegen Entgelt gewährte Nutzungsüberlassung beweglicher und unbeweglicher Investitions- und Gebrauchsgüter zusammengefaßt werden.. Eine exaktere Definition des Begriffs Leasing ist ohne das Eingehen auf die Begriffe „operate leasing“und „Finanzierungsleasing“(financial leasing) nicht möglich.
