Diffusionsanisotropie im Rutil,rfel wurden nach dem Tempern mit der Mikrosonde Diffusionsprofile für Chrom in a- und c-Richtung des Rutils gemessen. Die Diffusionsprofile der Präparate D1 — D4 sind in Bild 5a — d graphisch dargestellt. Die zugehörigen Meßdaten sind in Tab. 2a — d tabelliert.
