Summary of Clinical Trials of Phentolamine,Although it represents a composite of more than one clinical study, this work helps to define the potential of phentolamine in the management of erectile dysfunction (ED). The use of oral (buccal) phentolamine could represent a viable alternative to phospho diesterase (PDE) inhibitors or for use in sildenafil failures.
