The Cardiovascular System,y mitochondrial and metabolic cardiomyopathy. Myocarditis, ischemia and infarction, tumors, and abnormalities of cardiac rhythm are all discussed in detail. Already many gene mutations have been identified for cardiomyopathy and channelopathies in particular and the commoner defects are listed.
