Die biologischen Wirkungen der Kurzwellen,en Verschiebungsstrom um (s. S. 24). Während der Verschiebungsstrom verlustlos durch den Leiter geht, erzeugt der Leitungsstrom infolge des Widerstandes, dem er auf seinem Wege begegnet, Reibungs- oder Leitungswärme. Es ist das die gleiche Joulesche Wärme, die auch der Diathermiestrom erzeugt.
