Kfz im Umsatzsteuerrecht,Pkw genutzt. Ist die laufende Nutzung beendet, wird der Pkw veräußert oder entnom men. Diese Reihenfolge ist verständlich und für jeden nachvollziehbar. Deshalb wird auch im zweiten Teil „Kfz im Umsatzsteuerrecht“ diesem verständlichen Schema aus dem ersten Teil des Buches gefolgt.
