Toward Building a Digital Twin of Job Scheduling and Power Management on an HPC System. This paper shows a use case of exploring appropriate scheduling and power saving parameters. In the use case, we found that there are more appropriate parameter configurations, which can reduce the job waiting time by 70% at most and the energy consumption by 1.2% at most when the system is busy.
