Theoretical Study of Thermoelectric Transport Properties of Dicalcium Silicide and Dicalcium Germanve a high Seebeck coefficient and a low thermal conductivity at room temperature. Also, we detected a large power factor values at 800 K, 9.7 mW/mK., and 7.5 mW/mK. for Ca.Ge and Ca.Si, respectively. Consequently, the studied materials may have an important role as thermoelectric devices.
