Preparative high performance liquid chromatography and trace analysis,ant one for analytical HPLC but the capacity is sacrificed. The face of the tetrahedron joining capacity, scope, and resolution is more important for preparative HPLC, where speed and resolution are sacrificed to provide the maximum capacity.
