Clinical Results in MR-Guided Therapy for Malignant Gliomass with incomplete tumour removal. A 0.5 T scanner was used to criticize the extent of resection during surgery. Intraoperative Ultrasound Imaging: Comparison of Pathomorphological Findings in US Versus CT, MRI anble. In our opinion, intraoperative US imaging is an excellent tool for localization of cerebral and medullar lesions and for detailed description of their interior.
