Morphological Stability and Convective Flow: Some Old and New Problems,this paper, the theory of coupling between natural convection and morphological instability is briefly reviewed together with some relevant experimental evidence. Ways in which the theory might be usefully extended to include the effects of additional control parameters which could advantageously affect morphological stability are indicated.

Weakly Nonlinear Morphological Instability Analysis of a Sphere Crystallizing from an Undercooled Mnscritical and a second order perturbation expansion is sufficient.
