A Locomotion Robot Driven by Soft Dielectric Elastomer Resonatorctric charge. Dielectric elastomer actuators are recognized as one of the most promising soft actuation technologies that have a widely application in soft robots. In this paper, an ultralight locomotion robot based on dielectric elastomers resonance mechanism has been prepared. During operation, a
