Simulation and Control Model of Integration PV into Utility Grid Using MATLABhm using DC/DC converter (Boost converter) is applied to make PV arrays to work at maximum power point. Then, the system behaviour and performance are studied. The system stability is also considered when there is a change in solar irradiation or a fault in the system. Performance Evaluation of 14-nm FinFET-Based Ring Counter Using BSIM-CMG ModelCE and BSIM-CMG FinFET model. By changing gate geometry and substrate, results are carried out.
