Performance Analysis of a Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) Under IEEE 802.11n and IEEE 802.11ac Standarder IEEE 802.11n and IEEE 802.11ac standards, for which three scenarios defined with 10, 36 and 100 nodes were simulated using the NS-2 simulation software. Thus, the results obtained from the simulations showed that the IEEE 802.11ac standard presents better performance and is more efficient than the IEEE 802.11n standard.
