Interactions between Interfacial Travelling Waves and a Long Wave Mean Flow Mode in Two-Layer Couettd. We propose an interpretation of the resulting hysteresis cycle based on the stability analysis of travelling wave solutions of a coupled set of two amplitude equations , which extends the classical Eckhaus-Benjamin-Feir instability.

0926-5112 lows are now understood at a basic level with precisemathematical and quantitative characterization. This is quite adeparture from the traditional empirical approach. At an IUTAMSymposium at Notre Dame, in 1999, some of the leading researchers inthe field gathered to review the progress thus far and

Cusp Formation and Tip-Streaming Instabilities for Time-Evolving Interfaces in Two-Dimensional Stoket the bubble surface. The steady solution branches are found to terminate, suggesting the existence of a critical capillary number above which the bubble achieves an unsteady cusped formation in finite time. Cusp formation is is confirmed through accurate numerical computations.

suites used to develop, generate or test the system. This means that such tool suites have to explicitly support AADL..AADL is based on MetaH, which is both an ADL and a tool set supporting it. In this paper, we will consider how an equivalent AADL tool suite could be built, possibly based on MetaH
