Chordee Correction in Hypospadias Repair,deals with all etiological factors and decreases the chances of dorsal plication. Even if it is required, the length of plication is short; thus, preventing the shortening of the penis. The chapter deals with the correction of curvature as per anatomical principles of surgery.

Tubularized Incised Urethral Plate Urethroplasty in Severe Hypospadias,e even in hypospadias with chordee provided the chordee is corrected, preserving the urethral plate. The urethral plate and urethral mobilization with or without dorsal plication may correct the curvature by preserving the urethral plate.
