Hydrothermal reaction sintering of monoclinic zirconiad at 1000°C under 98 MPa. Higher pressures or higher temperatures did not produce further densification. The highest densifications were observed in the samples with the ratio of H.O/Zr = 2 in the initial compositions. The samples with the ratio H.O/Zr>2.1 did not give well-sintered bodies.倒转 发表于 2025-3-27 08:02:59
Hydrothermal Preparation and Sintering of Fine Ceramic Powdersn and oxidation. Fine powders of ., ., ., and .–. are described..Sintered bodies are also able to get under hydrothermal conditions with reactions. Hydrothermal reaction sintered bodies of iron oxides, ...., .. and .. were obtained under 100 MPa above 1000°C with 1–5 µm grains.Systemic 发表于 2025-3-27 12:45:03

Synthesis and Sintering of Zirconia Fine Powders by Hydrothermal Reactions from Zirconium Metal and tive density of 99.0%. The hydrothermal oxidation method has been applied to the preparation of stabilized zirconia powders using Ca or Y solutions instead of water. A partial stabilization has been achieved when an excess Zr was existed in the capsule to decompose the solutes and the solvents at higher temperatures.DUST 发表于 2025-3-27 20:05:16

Hydrothermal reaction sintering of monoclinic zirconiaPt capsule by hydrothermal reaction sintering at 1000°C for 3 h under 98 MPa. The effects of temperatures, pressures, and initial compositions on the densification and sintering were studied. The reaction between Zr metal powder and H.O started above ≈300°C under 98 MPa, then produced fine grains of
