Examples of the Model,of the primary purposes of this book is to explain the success of the expanding economies (such as France, Japan and West Germany) as well as the relative economic failure of the Anglo-Saxon economies (such as the UK and the USA) in terms of a single economic model; this aim is attempted in this chapter.
