Sites E-91-3 and E-91-4: The Early Neolithic of El Adam Type at Nabta Playa,he African monsoon belt intensified and expanded northward (Close and Wendorf 1992; Close 1996b). The earliest evidence for human reoccupation of the region dates to the tenth millennium bp and has been called Early Neolithic of El Adam type (Wendorf and Schild 1984:409–411).
