Evaluating Heuristic Scheduling Algorithms for High Performance Parallel Processingam, as well as some parameters describing the hardware platform, the method produces the minimal completion time bound. A practical demonstration of the method is presented using a tool that produces the bound.

As a result, the CARE architecture consists of a large grid of small processing cells and their local memories. Pursuing Laziness for Efficient Implementation of Modern Multithreaded Languages techniques for an extended Java language OPA with the above advanced features. Our portable implementation in C achieves good performance by pursuing ‘laziness’ not only for task creation but also stealable continuation creation, thread ID allocation, and synchronizer creation.
