Vladimír Havlíken und daß dabei Antibiotika entfernt werden. Alle Antibiotika sollten bei Dialysepatienten am Ende (!) der Dialysebehandlung gegeben werden, was bei den großen Dosierungsintervallen auch möglich ist. Die Initialdosis sollte der Normdosis bei Nierengesunden entsprechen.
