Hongbo Ni,Tingzhi Zhao,Xingshe Zhou,Zhu Wang,Lei Chen,Jun Yangde von Milner (8) gearbeitet. Da aber 270 Einzelproben zu extrahieren waren und die Milner’sche Arbeitsweise sehr zeitraubend ist, wurde diese Methode modifiziert und abgekürzt.
