Der Staumagenruck Staumagen gerechtfertigt, wenn nicht Mangel an austreibender Kraft, sondern ein Weghindernis die Entleerung des Magens über das normale Maß hinaus verzögert, bzw. mehr oder weniger unmöglich macht. Freilich verbinden sich unter Umständen Stauung und neuro-muskuläre Schwäche, wie wir schon besprachen (S. 283), und worauf wir noch zurückkommen.
