Quality of Radiographic Image,Density was defined in Eq. (3.12) in Chap. .. As our eyes can not detect a small change in density . at lower density, a minimum level of density is recommended in RT. For example ASME needs min 1.8 D for X-ray radiograph and 2.0 D for gamma rays.

Interpretation of Films,Operator needs to be in dark for about 10 min to get best of the eye acuity in the dark. In lower light background.

RT in Different Industrial Sectors,Basic radiographic technique remains same when it is applied in any industrial sector like Chemical, Space, Marine etc. However there are certain specific variations which are typical to that particular industry.
