Effects of Growth Hormone in Older Peoplecourse, loss of bone mineral. Thus it seems reasonable to ask whether some age-related changes in body composition are brought about by a relative degree of GH deficiency and, further, whether GH therapy might have clinical utility in reversing these changes.
